Queer Outdoor Adventures is built around the idea that community should feel collaborative, welcoming, and shaped by the people within it. As QOA continues to grow, we are excited to connect with community members who want to help create meaningful LGBTQ+ centered experiences in their local area.

QOA Hosts may lead hikes, organize gatherings, facilitate workshops, host creative or wellness events, plan skating meetups, community dinners, camping trips, or help bring new ideas to life. You do not need professional outdoor experience to apply. We care most about kindness, inclusivity, authenticity, accessibility, and creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and connected.
